Financial / Insurance

During your initial consultation a preliminary treatment assessment will be done. A treatment fee will be given to you at the end of the visit. Financial arrangements are typically managed by a credit score.

Insurance:

We accept most insurance plans. Please call our receptionist if you have questions regarding your insurance plans or benefits.

We are a preferred provider for:

  • Delta
  • Humana
  • Cigna
  • Guardian
  • United Concordia
  • Aetna

We accept assignment of insurance of benefits and we will file insurance forms and bill for you. All insurance companies vary in benefits and it is your responsibility to give us correct and current insurance information. Since your insurance determines the benefit payable for services, the office cannot be held responsible for 100% accuracy on any estimate for treatment. Any estimated insurance benefits not paid by your insurance company are ultimately the patient's responsibility.

Payment Arrangements:

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards. We offer automatic monthly payments from credit and debit cards, so late fees won't ever be an issue.

We also offer in-house financing which consists of a down payment when braces are placed or Invisalign trays are fabricated. Monthly payments are broken up over the time in treatment. Treatment times range typically between 18 to 24 months. No finance charges or interest charges are applied with the in-house financing as long as payments are made on time.

Past Due Accounts: A service charge of 1 ½% interest per month (18% per annum) on the unpaid balance will be charged on all accounts exceeding 60 days. To avoid this please ask our receptionist about setting up automatic monthly payments.
